AI Data Use Policy
Effective date: February 21, 2026
This policy explains how TSFM.ai uses data across Guest Playground, Free API, Paid API, and Enterprise API plans. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Data Categories
Operational metadata: request IDs, model IDs, token counts, latency, status, and other system telemetry.
Content data: prompts, structured time-series payloads, attachments, outputs, and other request/response content.
Derived data: labels, annotations, benchmarks, embeddings, and other transformed datasets created from operational metadata and/or content.
2. Plan-Based AI Data Rules
Guest Playground: all submitted content, outputs, logs, and derived data may be collected and used for any lawful business purpose, including model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, analytics, safety systems, and commercialization.
Free API: same data-use rules as Guest Playground.
Paid API: content is used for service delivery and operations. Content-based model training requires explicit opt-in unless otherwise stated in your plan. Operational metadata may be used for service improvement.
Enterprise API: controlled by your contract. Contract terms override this policy where they conflict.

3. Permitted AI Uses
- Model training and fine-tuning.
- Offline and online evaluation, quality scoring, and red-team testing.
- Safety, abuse, and integrity monitoring.
- Benchmark creation and model selection optimization.
- Product analytics and feature development.
- Generation of derived datasets and artifacts.
4. Retention and Reversibility
Data may be retained in raw, transformed, or aggregated forms consistent with plan terms and applicable law.
If data has already been used in model training, withdrawal of consent (where applicable) typically applies to future processing and does not guarantee removal of prior influence from trained model weights.
5. Customer Controls
Paid and enterprise accounts may include data-use controls depending on plan and contract. Guest Playground and Free API are governed by the broad data terms above.

6. Data Sensitivity Guidance
Do not submit trade secrets, highly sensitive personal data, regulated health data, payment card data, or other confidential information to Guest Playground or Free API unless you accept the associated data-use terms.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
