Notice of Financial Incentive

1. Program Description

TSFM.ai may offer free access (including Guest Playground and Free API tiers). In exchange for free access, participants authorize collection and use of submitted inputs, outputs, logs, and derived data for business purposes, including model training and improvement, analytics, safety, and commercialization.

2. Material Terms

• Participation is voluntary.
• Participation occurs when you use Guest Playground or Free API.
• You may withdraw by discontinuing use of free tiers and, where applicable, closing your account.
• Paid or Enterprise plans may offer different data terms.

3. Categories of Data Involved

• Identifiers and account details (if account-based access is used).
• Usage metadata and operational logs.
• Submitted content and model outputs.
• Derived analytics and model-development artifacts.

4. Value Calculation

We estimate the value of data in these programs by considering the costs and value associated with infrastructure operation, model evaluation and improvement, product development, fraud and abuse prevention, and offering free service access.

5. Non-Discrimination

You may choose not to participate in free-tier programs. If you do not participate, you may still be able to access paid offerings with different data terms, subject to plan availability.
