This Privacy Policy describes how TSFM.ai LLC ("TSFM.ai," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with TSFM.ai, including our website, playground, APIs, and related services (the "Service").

Account information. Name, email address, login credentials, plan details, and account settings.
Billing information. Billing profile and subscription records. Payment card handling is performed by payment processors.
Usage metadata. Request identifiers, model IDs, token counts, latency, timestamps, response status, and related operational logs.
Inputs and outputs. Content submitted to models and generated responses.
Support communications. Information you provide when contacting us.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse.
- Process billing, accounting, and customer support workflows.
- Monitor reliability, quality, and performance.
- Develop, improve, evaluate, and train models according to plan terms and consent settings.
- Comply with legal requirements and enforce Terms.
3. Plan-Based Data Use
Guest Playground and Free API: We may collect and use all submitted inputs, outputs, logs, and derived data for any lawful business purpose, including model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, analytics, safety, and commercialization.
Paid API: By default, content is used to provide and secure the Service and is not used for content-based model training unless explicit opt-in is provided. Operational metadata may still be used for service improvement.
Enterprise API: Data processing is governed by your enterprise contract, order form, or DPA.

4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
- Service providers for hosting, billing, analytics, support, and security operations.
- Government authorities or legal process where required by law.
- Corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers.
- Other sharing when you direct us or give explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
For Guest Playground and Free API, inputs, outputs, and derived data may be retained and used on an ongoing basis consistent with this Policy and our Terms.
For Paid and Enterprise plans, retention may follow plan controls and contractual terms where applicable.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, monitoring, and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure.
7. Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, and to object to certain processing.
To request changes, contact privacy@tsfm.ai. We may request identity verification before fulfilling requests.
California residents: free-access programs may constitute a data-value exchange. See our Notice of Financial Incentive.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we use contractual or similar safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes are posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
